About
Book & Leather Works is a Scottish-based studio creating handmade products. These include leather goods, handbound books and paper products using traditional and digital tools to achieve a quality handmade product. I have studied Bookbinding (Design), Book Conservation and the History of Art, gaining a BA (Hons) and MA (Merit) from Camberwell College of Arts and Birkbeck College, University of London. I produce individual items, working with leather, paper and other quality products to make items that will be used and enjoyed. Removing the mass production methodology and making items in small batches is a process that is worthy of the result.
