About
Chris Wilkinson is a memorial artist and started training as a banker mason at the age of 16. He went on to win The NAMM Young Stonemason of the Year Award. 30 years later and Chris now runs his own company based in Wolverhampton, West Midlands. He specialises in creating bespoke memorials and his skills include hand cut lettering, flush lead and raised lead lettering, stone carving, banker masonry, stone sculpture and hand engraved and painted designs on a variety of materials such as slate, sandstone, marble and granite.
