In order to register your support and/or become a member, you will be asked to submit personal information about yourself. The information provided will only be used by the HCA to help fulfil its aims and objectives and to facilitate communication. Contact details will not be published outside this site, distributed or sold to any third party. We will, on occassion, use your personal details to send you email updates relating to HCA activities.

Where you are invited to submit information to the HCA (including any text, photographs, graphics, video or audio) you agree, by submitting your contribution, to grant the Association a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish and exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to your contribution in accordance with privacy restrictions set out in the privacy policy.

Contributions must not be offensive, abusive, unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, racially offensive or otherwise objectionable.

If you are aged 16 or under, please get your parent/guardian's permission beforehand whenever you provide personal information to the HCA. Users without this consent are not allowed to provide us with personal information.
